The last leg of my husband’s and my journey across the country was a commitment to being present each day of it. So, I limited my laptop use and focused on our visits with friends and family, and mentally decompressed. We arrived back in California on Monday evening, and I dived right back into work on Tuesday, but forgot I had not posted this! So, this last week ended yesterday. Hopefully I’ll be back in a rhythm next week.

From Virginia to California, everyone is ramping up for the 2024 Election. And if you dive into the federal swamp, there is plenty of stink to stick to you. The Week that Was holds a bit of both, and the Feel-Good Friday about young Malaki Reilly to cleanse the palate.
