After spending countless hours in a courtroom last year, President-elect Trump was sentenced by New York Judge Juan Merchan to unconditional discharge on Friday — meaning the incoming President will face no jail time or fines. Meanwhile, President Biden also made a major sentencing decision, announcing he would be commuting the sentences of 37 death row inmates to life without parole.

Trey breaks down the final days of the Biden administration and what to expect as President-elect Trump returns to the White House.
