Ukrainian forces retake town near Kyiv

After days of heavy fighting, Ukraine says it’s regained control of Makariv, a town about 30 miles west of the capital. The military says the Ukrainian flag was raised once again as Russian troops retreat. CNN International Correspondent Fred Pleitgen begins today’s episode with a live report from Kyiv.
